Terms and Conditions:

  1. Scope of Work:

    The Employee agrees to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Construction work as assigned by the Employer.
    • General labor services as required by the Employer.
    • Marketing activities to promote Intense National Football League Inc.
    • Participation in football games and related activities.
    • Sales responsibilities as directed by the Employer.
  2. Compensation:

    The Employee's pay shall be adjustable depending on the job they are performing. The rates for each job category are as per the Pacific NW Trade School website and subject to change. The Employee shall be paid according to the rates prevailing at the time of performance of each job.

  3. Shares Allocation:

    Upon successful completion of the 12-month contract term and fulfillment of all terms and conditions, the Employee shall receive 10 million shares of Intense National Football League Inc.

  4. Benefits - Football:

  1. Training and Development:

    The Employee shall be entitled to receive training and development opportunities specific to football, including but not limited to coaching sessions, access to training facilities, and participation in team practices.

  2. Equipment and Gear:

    The Employee shall be provided with necessary football equipment and gear required for safe and effective participation in football activities. The Employer shall ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and is regularly inspected and maintained.

  3. Travel Expenses:

    In the event of official team travel for football games, tournaments, or promotional events, the Employer shall cover all reasonable travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, for the Employee and accompanying team members. The employer shall hold the right to deduct a portion of the employees pay to help cover the cost of travel if outside of the United States territory

  4. Recognition and Awards:

    The Employer may offer recognition and awards for exceptional performance and achievements in football, including but not limited to Player of the Match awards, All-Star selections, and other accolades as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  5. Career Development:

    The Employee may receive opportunities for career advancement within the football industry, including coaching positions, sports management roles, or ambassadorial roles for the Intense National Football League Inc., based on performance, skills, and dedication demonstrated in football-related activities.

  6. Time Off Request:

    The Employee may request time off for personal reasons, vacations, or other purposes by providing the Employer with at least 30 days' notice in writing. The request should specify the date(s) and duration of the requested time off. The Employer shall review the request and may approve or deny it based on operational requirements and the needs of the business.

    The Employer reserves the right to deny a time off request if it would unduly disrupt operations or if there are insufficient staffing levels to accommodate the absence. In such cases, the Employer shall work with the Employee to find alternative arrangements or reschedule the requested time off to a more suitable period.

    Approved time off requests shall be documented and confirmed in writing by the Employer. The Employee is expected to adhere to the approved time off schedule and ensure that any responsibilities or tasks are adequately delegated or completed prior to the absence.

    Unscheduled absences or failure to adhere to the time off request procedure may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to loss of pay or other appropriate measures as determined by the Employer.

  • Confidentiality:

    The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and intellectual property belonging to Intense National Football League Inc. during and after the term of employment.

  • Behavior Detrimental to the Company:

    The Employee agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and to refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be detrimental to the reputation or interests of Intense National Football League Inc.

    Examples of behavior detrimental to the company include, but are not limited to:

    1. Unethical Conduct:

      Engaging in dishonest or unethical practices, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or conflicts of interest.

    2. Harassment or Discrimination:

      Engaging in harassment or discrimination based on protected characteristics, such as race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation, towards colleagues, clients, or any other individuals associated with the company.

    3. Disruptive Behavior:

      Behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner towards colleagues, clients, or any other individuals associated with the company, including but not limited to verbal abuse, insubordination, or creating a hostile work environment.

    4. Violation of Policies:

      Violating company policies, procedures, or guidelines, including those related to confidentiality, data security, workplace safety, or any other policies established by Intense National Football League Inc.

    Any Employee found to have engaged in behavior detrimental to the company may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, depending on the severity of the offense and at the discretion of the Employer.

    The Employer reserves the right to investigate any allegations of behavior detrimental to the company thoroughly and to take appropriate action based on the findings of such investigations.

  • Termination:

    Either party may terminate this contract without notice. Termination shall not affect the rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

  • Governing Law:

    This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State.

  • Modification of Employment Contract:

    The Employer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this employment contract at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Such modifications may include changes to job responsibilities, compensation structure, benefits, working hours, or any other aspect of employment.

    Any modifications to the employment contract shall be communicated to the Employee in writing and shall become effective immediately upon notification, unless otherwise specified by the Employer.

    The Employee acknowledges and agrees that their continued employment following any modifications to the employment contract constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. If the Employee disagrees with any proposed modifications, they may choose to terminate their employment in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in this contract.

    This clause supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, or understandings between the parties regarding the terms and conditions of employment and shall govern any future modifications to the employment contract.
